Delegates, Speakers, Chairman. All essential for a good conference, all wanting badges, coffee and a space to compose themselves. ‘Where’s this’, ‘where’s that’, ‘which room am I am’? They need a good team of reception staff to ease them into the day with a smile and helpful direction.

Attentive, efficient staff will make all the difference and contribute to a successful conference, well organised; precise and on the ball.

Apart from the reception staff, there is often a need for seminar room assistants to ensure delegates are in the right rooms, to be the roving mike at question time, to hand out and collect delegate questionnaires and to ensure speakers are ready on time. Generally to make sure their room runs as smoothly as possible.

Early starts are no problem, there have been many times when our conference staff have arrived on site for 7am in the morning, bright eyed, bushy tailed and ready to work.

Conference Teams are available nation-wide for large and small conferences, seminars and breakfast meetings.
